Holiday park millionaire Peter Gillis wants his ex Nicol Kremers to pay him almost 1.7 million euros. He believes that she spoke negatively about him in several interviews after their breakup. According to Gillis, the two had stated in an agreement that she was not allowed to do that.
She must pay the money within three days, the AD reports.
According to Gillis, Kremers has given fourteen interviews in which she made mistakes. He charges 10,000 euros per violation, and he increases this by an amount for the number of days that he believes the violation has ‘continued’. If his ex does not pay, he will go to court.
Kremers states in the interviews that her ex regularly abused her, something that the Justice Department is now investigating.
Do not pay
Kremers’ management reports via AD that an agreement has been signed containing the agreements, but that they will not pay. The contract was said to have only recently been sent despite several requests to send it earlier.
“So Nicol had difficulty knowing exactly what she was or was not allowed to say. The interviews he cites are actually all about the abuse,” management said in the newspaper.
Lawyer Sébas Diekstra, who represents Kremers in the cases surrounding the abuse, informs Omroep Brabant via text message: “It seems very likely that this is an attempt to silence Kremers about the abuse and the other criminal offenses reported by hers is done.”
