I dare say that all fans of the magical world created by the stupendous JK Rowling They were beyond thrilled when Hogwarts Legacy, the most ambitious game in the franchise of Harry Potter that has been conceived so far. Behind this production, the ingenuity of Portkey Games initially predicted that the title would arrive in 2021, but the bad news and the feared delay did not wait.
The new departure date was never specified, it was only known that it would be sometime in 2022, but some recent movements seem to suggest that the wait will not be as long as initially believed.
The Hogwarts Legacy Chamber of Secrets
The Warner Brothers Career Portal announces the search for a marketer specifically for a DC brand campaign (quite possibly the new Gotham Knights) and Harry Potter. It is almost evident that the launch of such a production requires a very large marketing effort that, in general within the industry, begins with the announcement of the release date of a title, which would be the next logical move. In a matter of numbers, if it was thought that the game would be ready for 2021, it is very possible that with the delay it will arrive in early 2022 so now would be an excellent time to announce the new release date.
But where would it be better to advertise? The new E3 in digital format seems to be the ideal setting for developers and publishers to flourish showing game content, about which little and nothing is really known and about which we have not been able to see even a short trailer with gameplay.
