About a year ago Hogwarts Legacy postponed to 2022, but there’s a chance the game won’t be released this year either. Colin Moriarty (known journalist) in his Sacred Symbols+ podcast namely reported that he has understood that the game is in trouble and will not be released this year.
Now that is not an official source, but given that the title has been quiet for quite some time and the rumors are increasing, there could be a chance of truth in it. Unfortunately, Moriarty does not elaborate on what these problems would be and why exactly the game is being postponed.
“I’m hearing behind the scenes that game is not coming out this year, and that it’s in some sort of trouble.”
According to others rumors the game will be shown at an upcoming PlayStation event, but if the game is in trouble and indeed moves to 2023, that remains to be seen. Much is murky around this title and hopefully Warner Bros. Games fast with greater clarity.
