The New York City metropolitan area contains by far the largest Ukrainian community in the United States, because it historically received the largest number of Ukrainian immigrants. It is estimated that the total number of people born in Ukraine is more than 275,155 inhabitants, which could make NYC a target for a cyber attack if the conflict over Ukraine continues between Russia and the United States.
