Ludwigshafen. Next chapter in the dispute over the costs of the Pilzhochstrasse in Ludwigshafen, which was demolished in less than four months last year: The dismantling of the 500-meter section of Hochstrasse Süd (B 37) will probably have a second legal consequence after a settlement before the regional court ended September failed. At that time, the Moß demolition company demanded 5.7 million euros in addition to the agreed contract value of 5.1 million euros due to an allegedly desired additional expense for the security. In the meantime, Moß is even demanding seven million euros in back payments. The city only wants to pay ten percent of it. She contradicts the Moß representation and claims for damages in the amount of 450,000 euros. Because Moß did not keep to the schedule due to failures in the construction of the supporting structures, the city incurred high costs, for example for the rail replacement service. If the company from the Emsland does not accept the final invoice sent to it by the city, then the parties will probably meet again in court.
