The scarcity will inevitably affect the cost. “We will offer the most beautiful truffles at € 500 per kilo. To be sure of getting hold of it, you will have to be early in the morning. “We will be present while stocks last!” You should know that it keeps, it can even freeze. From Montmartre to Thionville : initially scheduled for May, the event carried by the Confrérie Saint-Urbain will also take place this Saturday. “Twelve artists will be present,” reveals Paul Médoc. A sculptor, painters, a watercolourist, a wood inlay, a portrait painter… each has agreed to donate a work. Yvette Total will offer them for sale and the money will go to Bel-Air caregivers. The association will also have a stand to make itself known and present its magazine. “Wearing a mask will of course be compulsory,” recalls the organizer.
