State IT agency JEWELERY according to Hospodářské noviny (HN) is preparing an application that will record whether the user has been vaccinated against coronavirus, has a negative test or has sufficient antibody levels. Thanks to this, people could go to restaurants and shops or use hairdressing services.
The introduction of similar applications to ease anti-pandemic measures has been talked about for several months across Europe. Last week, the European Commission introduced the Digital Green Certificate, also known as the “covid passport.” It will also be available on mobile phones and will make it easier and safer for citizens to travel.
The Commission has set up a central EGF gateway for the secure exchange of information for covid passports. It is already implemented in the new version eDrages, which, thanks to this, manages to monitor risky contacts even when traveling to other countries.
