HMD Global Brings Nokia G10 to Indonesia, Supplied by Helio G25 SoC

Early last August, HMD Global brought the Nokia G20 to the Indonesian market. Now! For those of you who are interested in buying the smartphone, the Nokia G20 is offered at a price of IDR 2,499,000. The Nokia G20 has been equipped with 4 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM, a 48 MP main camera and is powered by the Helio G35 chipset.

Now! In the middle of this month, HMD Global, headquartered in Finland, made another surprise in the Indonesian market. Yes! HMD Global has launched its newest “affordable” smartphone, the Nokia G10. This smartphone is predicted to have a battery life of up to three days.

When it comes to durability, the Nokia G10 is at the forefront of the Nokia smartphone portfolio. As the newest part of the G series, the Nokia G10 comes with Android 11 support, as well as guaranteed three years of monthly security updates and two stages of OS updates.

“The Nokia G10 is a flagship for our middle class. In fact, all of our new series are a breath of fresh air for Nokia’s smartphone portfolio. And the Nokia G10 comes as a device that is able to maximize the lives of its users,” said Stephen Taylor, Chief Marketing Officer, HMD Global.

As already mentioned, this smartphone has a battery life of up to three. The Nokia G10 has been equipped with a 5,050 mAh battery. Having such capabilities, this is thanks to AI technology that regulates the power on the device, distributes it when needed, and doesn’t let unwanted apps drain battery power.

Unlike the Nokia G20, HMD Global only provides the G10 with the Helio G25 chipset (8x A53 @ 2.0 GHz, GE8320 @ 650 MHz). Meanwhile, for memory support, there is only one option, namely 3 GB of RAM which is paired with 32 GB of internal storage. This smartphone is also equipped with a slot for a microSD.

Then, what about support for photography? The Nokia G10 comes with a 13 MP main camera accompanied by a macro and depth lens, each 2 MP. While on the front, HMD Global contains an 8 MP lens that is inserted into the bangs with a waterdrop design.

The screen is 6.5 inches with HD + resolution aka 720p + and the panel used is an LCD. Meanwhile, to unlock the screen, users can take advantage of the Face Unlock feature or use a fingerprint sensor mounted on the side.

Combined with Nordic design inspiration, the Nokia G10 comes in two color options, namely Night and Dusk. In the Indonesian market, this smartphone is sold at a price of IDR 2,099,000 and will be available at Nokia.com, the nearest retailer and Nokia Mobile official store in favorite e-commerce sites, such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
