HLM organizations give themselves the means to prevent unpaid debts

With the establishment of telephone cells, donors, faced with very diverse situations, have been working since March in search of answers adapted to each family in difficulty of payment. Not yet having sufficient visibility on unpaid rents (three months of non-payments), HLM organizations remain mobilized because the announced crisis could begin in September. Thus, Pas-de-Calais Habitat (40,526 housing units out of 214 municipalities) has established twenty-five social advisers and litigation managers in the territories.
