Actor Park Hae-soo and director Lee Hae-young are answering questions at the film ‘Ghost’ (director Lee Hae-young) production briefing held at CGV Yongsan i’Park Mall in Hangang-ro, Seoul, La morning of the 19th.

Park Hae-soo played the role of Kaito Takahara, the head of the bodyguard of the Japanese general government of Korea, and acted 100% in Japanese. Park Hae-soo said about acting in Japanese, “I was so scared. I wanted to do it because the character was attractive, but I thought playing this role would hurt other actors. The director gave me his trust, so I went to the Olympics and studied for the CSAT.” he said.

Director Lee Hae-young said, “I fell in love with Park Hae-soo when I first met him. He seemed very sincere. In fact, I memorized a huge amount of Japanese lines in just two weeks. I memorized the lines in Japanese and has them memorized in Korean. (Park Hae-soo) is the guardian angel who saved the ‘ghost’.”

Starring Sol Gyeong-gu, Honey Lee, So-dam Park, Hae-soo Park and Hyun-woo Seo, ‘Ghost’ is a true story of the struggles and reality of suspects trapped in a remote hotel in 1933, who are suspected of being “ghosts” of spies planted in the Japanese General Government of Korea in Gyeongseong, Joseon in 1933 to overcome suspicion and escape. It describes the unstoppable operation of “Ghost” and will be released on January 18 next year.
