The match HJK vs Roma of the fifth day of the Europa League Group C took place at the Bolt Arena, Helsinki, on Friday (28/10/2022) WIB in the early morning. Roma closed the first half with a 1-0 lead thanks to Tammy Abraham’s goal.
HJK equalized in the 54th minute thanks to a goal from Perparim Hetemaj. Arttu Hoskonen’s own goal in the 62nd minute puts Roma ahead.
With this result, Roma are collecting seven points in five games. Roma will play a decisive match for the second position of the group on the last day against Ludogorets who have the same number of points.
The course of the game
The hosts provided a threat in the first few minutes. Hoskonen found a corner with a header. The ball that led to the lower corner was blocked by Rui Patricio.
Roma broke HJK’s goal in the 28th minute. Lorenzo Pellegrini’s corner was followed by a header from Bryan Cristante.
However, the VAR then intervened. Goals are declared invalid for offside.
Roma opened the scoring in the 41st minute. Tammy Abraham gave the visitors a 1-0 lead just before half-time.
