HIV treatment:

• Antiretroviral Therapy (ART): ART is the treatment recommended for people with HIV. These drugs help inhibit the development of viruses and strengthen the immune system. ART usually consists of a combination of several antiretroviral drugs taken daily as directed by your doctor
• Supportive Therapy: In addition to ART, people with HIV also need to maintain a healthy diet, regular exercise, avoid stress, and maintain personal hygiene to improve overall health.
