Stan Wawrinka will not make the pass of two in Prague. Victorious in the first tournament on Saturday, he retired from the second after his success in the round of 16 ahead of the Dutchman Botic van de Zandschulp.
On the tournament site, Stan Wawrinka explains “suffering from the thigh for a few days”. The Vaudois therefore left the Czech capital “with a heavy heart” but with seven wins in seven matches in his luggage. His next tournament will be the Masters 1000 in Rome which will start on September 14.
