A young woman in her twenties is in very serious condition following a serious traffic accident which occurred Wednesday evening at the entrance to Thionville. Shortly before 7 p.m., the victim was riding a scooter at the Cormontaigne roundabout.
It was there that she collided with a car heading for the city center before being violently thrown to the ground. At this rush hour, many motorists helplessly and shocked witnessed the scene.

Difficult for the time being to establish the exact circumstances of the accident. In order to help the victim who presented worrying injuries, a dozen firefighters from the Thionville barracks were dispatched to the scene. The young woman was transported to a hospital in Nancy in critical condition.
The place where the tragedy took place is particularly accident-prone after dark.
