History Teacher’s Defense Lawyer Files Criminal Complaint Against Nationalist Activist for Alleged Fake Chats

The history teacher’s defense lawyer Sebastian Mauvezinin the last few hours filed a criminal complaint against the nationalist activist, Romina Celeste Papasso, for being the alleged author of fake chats that went viral.

Juan Carlos Fernández Lecchini confirmed to Underlined who reported forgery and use of a private document, private violence and simulation of a crime.

In the month of August, the lawyer asked that Justice endorse some chats where his client appears. They are found in the investigation folder of the Sexual Crimes prosecutor Alicia Ghione. Fernández Lecchini requested that they be verified, because, in his opinion, they were false.

The lawyer claims to have a report that says that the chats have indicators of falsehood and that if so, the Prosecutor’s Office should investigate who created them.

In the social media dialogues that the prosecutor has, Mauvezín is located as an intermediary between an adult named Gustavo and a 14-year-old adolescent.
