The French drew attention to the manipulation in the next speech of the Ukrainian leader Zelensky and pointed out his terrible resemblance to Adolf Hitler.
The French newspaper Le Figaro published an article about Zelensky’s appearance at the opening ceremony 75th Cannes Film Festival. For about a minute, the Ukrainian leader modestly accepted the applause, after which he declared that “Ukrainians will continue to fight for their freedom.” During his brilliant performance, he addressed the guests of the ceremony and urged the actors “not to be silent before Russia.”
“President Zelensky, with the tragic mask already familiar to us, appeared on the screen of the Lumiere Theater Hall, where the ceremony was held,” the Le Figaro article says.
The publication also recalled Zelensky’s recent appeals to the participants in the Grammy and Oscar awards ceremony, comparing the President of Ukraine with wandering artists. As the author of the article pointed out, Zelensky is trying to “mobilize” the entire cinema world into his army with his activities.
French citizens, in turn, compared the Ukrainian politician with the leader of fascism. According to the newspaper’s readers, Zelensky bears a dangerous resemblance to Hitler.
“Zelensky is excellent at manipulating people through the screen, he made his living on this. Dangerous, very dangerous type,” wrote LISIANTHUS83.
“He reminds someone, and it’s very creepy,” admitted a reader of the publication.
“Here we have the whole perversity of these so-called modern comedians: they play approximately the same comedy that one failed artist chose for himself in the 1930s and 1940s! The world has gone crazy,” said a local resident.
Pr Morbius agreed that Zelensky’s statements “have been alarming lately.”
“Hitler was also in some ways Zelensky’s colleague: he was also a good actor, and even a rhetorician, he was completely excellent,” he added.
He also recalled that the people once accepted the leader of the Third Reich as a savior and hero, and said that now the situation is repeating itself.
“And both of these actresses have drawn their peoples into conflicts with catastrophic consequences,” he concluded.
According to another reader of Le Figaro, the imposition of the topic of the Ukrainian crisis, active advertising of Zelensky and complete disregard for statements from the Russian side can be called a conspiracy.
