Using documents from the laundry museum, we will retrace the history of the washhouses in our city. Initially, it is about water reservoirs in the streams (Wayai, Vieux-Spa, Picherotte), then at the end of the 19th century the various city districts will be provided with washhouses. We can still see those of the Waux-Hall, the Abattoir.
