1.1 million people watched ‘The Story of Flanders’ on Sunday night. They are happy at the N-VA, because Tom Waes’ history lesson is the result of a rule that the party had inserted in the Flemish administrative agreement: greater attention to the VRT for Flemish identity. The program was also implemented with subsidies from N-VA ministers Jan Jambon, Zuhal Demir and Ben Weyts. Is “History of Flanders” a hidden pamphlet of the N-VA?
