Timo Riese, MiQua. LVR Jewish Museum in the Archaeological Quarter Cologne
After an introductory keynote speech on the historical context of the expulsion of Cologne’s Jews by Dr. Christiane Twiehaus from the MiQua team, moderator Anke Bruns welcomes everyone to the podium for a joint exchange:
1. Dr. Sebastian Voigt (Institute for Contemporary History Munich), author of the recently published book “Hatred of Jews: A Story Without End?”,
2. the activist and publicist Hanna Esther Veiler (President of the Jewish Student Union of Germany), Woman of Europe 2024 awarded by the EBD,
3. and Ronja Schonscheck (scientific advisor, ValuesInitiative – Jewish-German Positions eV), co-responsible for the online platform “OY VEY – Platform against conspiracy myths”.
Following the panel discussion, we look forward to exchanging ideas with you in the foyer of the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum.
