Hispanic man charged with performing surgery without a license in Los Angeles

Prosecutors charged him with assault and impersonating a Hispanic man from Los Angeles as a doctor for allegedly performing cosmetic surgery on a woman without a medical license, the Los Angeles district attorney announced Friday.
