Waheed Seif obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History Department at Alexandria University.

He married the Syrian actress Olfat Sukkar.
– He has two sons, Ashraf and Nasser, both of whom worked in art, except that Ashraf retired from the work of art, and he has two daughters, Iman and Inas.
His son Ashraf got 97% and enrolled him in the Faculty of Engineering. Ashraf went without his father’s knowledge to the Institute of Performing Arts, and the artist Hassan Abdeen chose him to participate in a television work. He suffered a stroke in the leg and stopped moving in his last days.
