These are the words of AB Laermans who brought to justice his son D. Alex, his two friends who became his worst enemies and his ex driver P. Sow.
For six clock hours, the chairman of the Mbour district court tried to unravel this case of criminal association, the collection of personal data.
D. Alex, the plaintiff’s son, has defeated the accusations of what he calls his “father”.
“Even if there were his obscene images, I would never have disclosed them. It was not me who posted these videos. I was added to a Whatsapp group and this is where I saw his videos” , washed himself with plenty of water D. Alex.

The three alleged culprits appeared free. They had been granted provisional release.

The lawyers of Laermans, Mes Sylla and Ndiaye have claimed staggering damages, that is to say 150 million for the wife of Laermans K. Camara and 150 million for their daughter. Because according to the black dresses, Laermans’ wife and her daughter suffered an immeasurable emotional shock.
But for P. Sow’s lawyer, Me Kane, Laermans shouldn’t be shocked to find his videos on the street.
“This man films himself and in all his machines and cellphones they leave his intimate videos. Then he is offended to find them in the street. My client has not shared any video. There is no connection between them. my client and these videos. Laermans has surrounded himself with a harem that he uses as witnesses, he is in a world of debauchery, “Mr. Kane took offense.

In addition, Me Kane made a request for provisional release for his client. Request granted to him. The verdict is returned for next week.
