The Palestinian child whose leg was amputated said in his conversation with Bono that he is “a role model for him and he dreams of meeting him.”
Bono, who is in Tanzania with the Moroccan national team, replied that he would soon arrange a date to meet him.
After the end of the call, the child could not hide his emotion from the conversation with the Moroccan guard and collapsed crying.
The child said in the first video, which went viral, that he “loves Bono and if he meets him one day, he will run on one foot to hug him, after he encouraged him with the Moroccan national team in the World Cup in Qatar and was following his saves in the World Cup.”
