A committed chef
Like Læticia Hallyday, Hélène Darroze is indeed involved in humanitarian work. In January 2012, the two young women together founded the association “La Bonne Étoile”. Both having a strong link with Vietnam, they naturally decided to take care of children and adolescents, often orphans, left behind, suffering from illnesses or physical handicaps; in Vietnam first, then extend their aid to the rest of the world.
