Hiroshi Tanahashi Withdraws Due to Injury From Collision In Philadelphia Event

Sad news for Hiroshi Tanahashi fans, as he has just been pulled from tonight’s show, Collision In Philadelphia due to an injury sustained last night during Capital Collision. Hiroshi Tanahashi was originally scheduled to participate in a 6 Man Tag Team Match with Lio Rush & Tomohiro Ishii against the United Empire (Kyle Fletcher, Mark Davis & TJP).

As a replacement for this originally scheduled match, NJPW is scheduling a Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship for us, as the Aussie Open, who won the titles last night, will defend them against Lio Rush and Tomohiro Ishii.

No length of absence or information regarding the nature of Hiroshi Tanahashi’s injury has been revealed by the Japanese federation.

The whole Catch-Newz team wishes a speedy recovery to Hiroshi Tanahashi.
