■ Face photo registration deadline: May 29 (Monday) 12:00
* Face photo registration is required before applying. Please note that those who have not registered their face photo, those whose registered face photo is under review, or those whose face photo has not been registered due to “review NG” will not be eligible for application.
*The secretariat will review the photo of your face. As a result of the examination, if you do not meet the regulations for facial photo registration and the examination is “NG”, please note that you will need to register again.
*If registration is not completed by the above deadline, the review of the face photo will not be in time for the acceptance period. In addition, if the face photo registered just before the deadline is “examined NG”, the ticket application will not be eligible. You can register your face photo before accepting ticket applications, so please register as soon as possible.
* To register your face photo and check the review status, please follow the procedure from “Account Information > Photo Registration” in the menu of the “Kiramune Star Club” site.
*The secretariat and Tapers will not take any responsibility if the face photo is “unacceptable” and the application for this reception is not eligible. Please make sure to carefully check the regulations for face photos before registering.
*If you are considering registering as a member for this reception, please register your personal information from the “New member registration” on the “Kiramune Star Club” site and create an account. Next, please follow the procedure for joining the fan club (= billing completion) from “Fan Club Service > Subscription/Continuation of Service” in the menu.
*When entering a concert or event, we may ask you to verify your identity with your registered photo (examination OK). Please be sure to register a face photo of the member himself/herself.
[How to issue tickets]
There are two ways to receive tickets: “electronic ticket” and “paper ticket”.
We recommend that customers with smartphones purchase electronic tickets in order to contact us to confirm contact information and prevent unauthorized resale.
Please check the following and the reception page, select the ticketing method you want, and apply.
*Applications can only be made from smartphones. Applications cannot be made from a PC or feature phone.
* To use the smart ticket, you need to install the e-plus app (free).

* When applying, please apply from your own smartphone. Please be sure to apply and purchase in person.
* When registering as a member, we will confirm by “SMS authentication” using the short message function of the mobile phone.
* Electronic tickets can only be applied for with a smartphone after SMS authentication.
* A call contract is required for mobile phone numbers. Terminal numbers with data communication only contracts are not supported.
*Registered name cannot be changed. Please note.
*When distributing tickets to companions, you need a smartphone that can be registered as an eplus member and install the eplus app (free) at the time of distribution. (The operating model and recommended environment similar to those of applicants are required.)
This is a service where tickets are issued at convenience stores. Mail is not supported. A separate ticketing fee is required.
*When purchasing a paper ticket, the accompanying person must be accompanied by the purchaser. If you are accompanied only by your companion, we will refuse admission because we cannot verify your identity.
