Heiko Rieder has been Director Business Development at Hirmer Hospitality since the beginning of April. “My first impressions of Hirmer Hospitality and especially of the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts and Urban Nature brands are characterized by a great zest for action and an unlimited willingness to innovate. In this sense, I am particularly pleased to provide significant support in the future development of the brands and to help shape the marketing of the hotel group,” says Heiko Rieder.

About Heiko Rieder
Heiko Rieder was born in Ratingen in North Rhine-Westphalia and has always been at home in the hotel industry. For the past 15 years he has held various positions in revenue management and reservations for Penta Hotels Worldwide. Most recently, he worked there as VP Revenue Management & Reservations since 2015. In this role, he built up the commercial development area and managed the teams revenue management, distribution, eCommerce, business intelligence as well as the reservation center.
