We are hiring! We are looking to strengthen our team a customer service technician for the region Wien.
Job Description
- Realize reliably: You will independently and thoroughly carry out maintenance work, commissioning or repairs for our entire product range
- Take responsibility: Analyzing, finding and eliminating faults is your area of responsibility and you make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction
- Communicate networked: You have a lot of contact with our customers and advise them, for example, on the ideal setting of the devices for their personal needs
qualifications
- Personality: You are very customer-oriented, independent, reliable and like to look for solutions.
- Experience and know-how: Area-specific professional experience in the HVAC system, good handling of IT, experience in customer service is an advantage – can also be acquired as part of our training,
- Driver’s license: class B
- Education: Completed training in the field of electrical, refrigeration, heating technology or mechatronics (apprenticeship, HTL technical school or similar)
- Language: Very good knowledge of German

- Several months of qualified and practice-oriented training as the basis for exercising your position
- Ongoing further training and certifications (e.g. final apprenticeship examination for refrigeration and air conditioning technology, etc.)
