Hipoo, the online mortgage brokerage platform, has achieved a total volume of mortgages managed in 2022 of 915 million euros, more than doubling the volume recorded in 2021, of 345 million euros, as reported by the company today through a release.
This volume translates to a total of 5,458 mortgages managed by the company during 2022. The company expects the upward trend to continue in 2023 and expand its business spectrum.
The startup points out that the average value of managed mortgages was 167,649 euros. “If we compare this figure with the average mortgage signed in Spain (with October data) which totals 149,730 euros, the average mortgage managed with Hipoo is 17,919 euros higher than the average in Spain, i.e. 12% higher”, he adds. this regard.
