“Maintenance of common rail engines is easier, because for Hino vehicles, just connect a tool called the Diagnostic Explorer (DX) Tools and the damage will be detected. So that the vehicle will be even faster to return to operation,” said Irwan some time ago.
For DX Tools itself, it is available in all Hino network head offices throughout Indonesia. A total of 179 outlet networks spread from Aceh to Papua are ready to make it easier for customers to run their business.
In addition, DX Tools is also owned by Hino mobile Service, so consumers don’t have to worry if there are obstacles on the road that make it impossible for vehicle units to reach the nearest Hino outlet location.
In addition to the sophisticated equipment that Hino provides, for the maintenance or repair of Hino Common Rail vehicles. All Hino mechanics or technicians have also carried out training or education on common rail engines.
So that customers do not have to worry about repairing vehicles anywhere because the same quality results will be obtained according to Hino’s standard operational procedure (sop).
With regards to spare parts, Hino Common Rail Engine products have parts that are 70% the same or interchangeable with Hino mechanical type vehicles. With the support of 5 Depo parts spread across Medan, Surabaya, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan and Makassar and supported by more than 3,500 partshops.
