Highlights from the City Council Meeting: Working Time, School Cafeteria, Personnel, and More

The city council met at the town hall on Tuesday, June 27.

Organization of working time : the legal annual working time for an agent working full time is set at 1,607 hours (i.e. 35 hours per week). The mayor proposed to the elected officials the determination of the work cycle(s) for the technical services: the agents of the technical services will be subject to an annual work cycle, i.e. 24.4 weeks of 32 hours over five days and 21 weeks of 20 hours over five days; school and extracurricular services will be subject to an annual work cycle, i.e. 36 school weeks at 26 hours over four days on overtime or additional hours, the hours cannot exceed a monthly ceiling of 25 hours. The council unanimously decided to adopt the mayor’s proposal.

School cafeteria : the council, unanimously, approved the rules of procedure of the school canteen/nursery. These regulations will be sent to each family with the membership form

Personnel : the council, unanimously, accepted the abolition of the post corresponding to the grade of main territorial technical assistant of 2^e class, permanent full-time.

Operation “Pocket Money” 2023 : the board unanimously decided to set up the “pocket money” system.

Bois : Mr. Walter indicated that there were no works planned for this year. The painting estimate is refused in order to keep the budget to buy plants. The affouages ​​registration form will be distributed the last week of July. The affouages ​​will be located in the Creuchot forest this year.

School waiver request : the council, unanimously, refused a request for school dispensation. The municipality is committed to a policy of maintaining attendance at its school and, as such, considers this request for exemption inadmissible.

Sanitation : topographical surveys will be carried out by the Guichard de Neufchâteau firm for €7,200 including tax. A study of wetlands is planned by the firm Gereea for €5,376 including tax

revenue management : a revenue management will be put in place in September and will allow the collection of the following products: the sale of school canteen meal tickets; billing for extracurricular care; sales of drinks and meals at events; rental of communal halls; photocopies; space rights; the affouagères shares; Donations.

Volunteers for the canteen : in the absence for health reasons of a maternal assistant from June 26th to July 7th, it was planned that the supervision of the canteen/daycare center be carried out by volunteers. The community is grateful to them.

Sports leisure : the municipality will soon acquire basketball nets and football goal cages with nets. The request for the construction of a petanque court is under study.
