The main stock indices on Wall Street closed in the green at the end of trading on Friday.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended the trading session up by 415.12 points, or 1.3%, to reach 33,274.15 points.
The broader Standard & Poor’s 500 index rose 58.48 points, or 1.4%, to 4,109.31 points.
The Nasdaq Composite Index of technology shares added 208.44 points, or 1.7%, to reach 12,221.91 points.
