High Vaccination Rate Against RSV in Andalusian Children, Says Health Minister

The Minister of Health and Consumer Affairs of the Government of Andalusia, Catalina Garciahas shown its satisfaction with the good response shown by the parents of the Andalusian child population since more than 28% of the children have already vaccinated against him respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).

On the other hand, the General Directorate of Public Health and Pharmaceutical Regulation has incorporated RSV into the Acute Respiratory Infection Sentinel Surveillance Protocol, both in Primary and Hospital Care, thus joining the joint Covid19/Flu surveillance strategy that was established for the 2020-2021 season.
