A “more general malaise”?
The teenager’s gesture raises many questions. The high school student would have explained his actions in a letter, recounting his ordeal since breaking up with his girlfriend and also denouncing the harassment of his classmates.
A complaint for harassment was filed at the police station in October 2023. The case was closed without further action according to the public prosecutor, cited by our colleagues from the regional daily.
“His action could be the consequence of a more “general” malaise,” adds the Toulouse prosecutor’s office cited by The Dispatch.
Hearings and open investigation
A new investigation was opened this Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Relatives of the victim and officials of the establishment were interviewed. The high school student, who is doing better, should also be heard, his parents at his side.
