They still have to go through an 11-week training course in which they will put themselves in the shoes of a real business broker. At the end of the training, they will be at the head of the project which they will manage during their internship. The best will be able to receive a job offer.

An hourly wage that has jumped 29% in one year

Other companies in the world of finance have also offered more attractive packages to their trainees. In the 16 companies studied by Levels.fyi, it appears that the median salary of trainees has increased by 19% in one year. In hedge fund companies, again according to Bloomberg, hourly wages have jumped by 29% in one year.
