Strenuous outdoor exercise should be avoided
In light of this, the Ministry of Environmental Protection in consultation with the Ministry of Health recommends that sensitive populations – including heart patients, lung patients, the elderly, children and pregnant women – avoid vigorous physical activity outside. For the general population it is recommended to reduce strenuous physical activity outside.
