Hezbollah Secretary General Nasrallah Calls for Normal Relations with Syria and Addresses the Issue of Displaced Persons

The Secretary General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, considered in the celebration held by Hezbollah on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the martyrdom of Mustafa Badr al-Din, that “if Hezbollah had been holding on to the decisions of the Lebanese governments for a long time, the Lebanese government would have formed a delegation and went to Syria for negotiations.”

He added, “Lebanon is required to restore normal relations with Syria, and if there are people in Lebanon separated from reality, what do we do? What is the caretaker government waiting for today?”

And he continued, “The Lebanese government is required to have normal political relations with Syria, and this is part of its responsibility, one of its duties, and one of the necessities, and it opens the doors to solving urgent problems, and there is no argument at all. Go before President Assad goes to the Riyadh summit, and this is in the interest of Lebanon, and no one is tying anyone’s hand.”

Nasrallah pointed out that, “Lebanon’s definite interest, political, economic, and security, is to arrange relations normally with Syria.”

Regarding the file of the displaced, he stressed that, “This issue is not dealt with on social media platforms, or with letters, or with statements. Rather, these are ways that take on violence, strife, grudges, and grudges with a neighboring people. Humanly, morally, and patriotic, the issue is not addressed with insults, insults, and incitement, and holding responsibilities does not advance or delay.” The lighting is useful to know the owners of the wrong bets and the changed positions.

And about allegations about Hezbollah’s occupation of Qusayr and Syrian villages, which prevents the displaced from returning, he said: “This is a lie with a lie, and we do not occupy homes, villages, or anything else, and send the media to see, even our brothers who are still in a small number, everyone knows that we only sit in a house in exchange for rent.”

He added, “A few days ago, it was said that the Jordanian Air Force raided a target in the border area in Syria, and the one who was killed was accused of being a drug dealer and being the first man of Hezbollah in Syria. This is a lie, injustice, betrayal and lack of morals.”

Nasrallah asked, “In fact, in many regions, had it not been for Hezbollah, would the Lebanese state be able to dismantle the Captagon factories and dismantle drug networks?
