A militant group Hizbullah in Lebanon that they had launched a rocket at an intelligence base Israel near Tel Aviv Saturday (2/11) early morning local time.
At 02:30 (00:30 GMT), the terrorists “fired a barrage of rockets at the Glilot 8200 military intelligence center on the outskirts of Tel Aviv,” the Iranian-backed group said in a statement, reported by the news agency. AFPSaturday (2/11/2024).
Hezbollah and Israel have been attacking each other across the border for almost a year, after Hamas’ October 7, 2023 attack on Israel sparked the Gaza war, before Israel escalated the conflict on September 23.

The militant group has previously said that they fired rockets at Israeli bases or urban areas on Israeli territory, and they have said several times that they were targeting Glilot.
They also said they had fired a barrage of rockets early Saturday in areas in northern Israel, particularly in the city of Safed, which has been the target of frequent attacks.
The Israeli military said on Saturday that the sirens were activated after a “suspicious aerial target” came from Lebanon and these targets are still being monitored.
