The Hessian Cinema Prize
The Hessian Cinema Prize is aimed at arthouse cinemas and film theaters and is endowed with a total of 150,000 euros. This year it will be awarded to 17 commercial cinemas or commercially operated cinemas and to ten non-commercial cinemas, screening venues or cinema initiatives and municipal cinemas. A list of the cinemas is at the end of this press release. The award-winning cinemas have the opportunity to show the films nominated for the film prize.
