In an interview with Goal, the former midfielder gave his opinion on this duel. “The final has a lot of weight when it comes to who is the best and Lewandowski is a great player, a crack, maybe the best striker in the field that exists, but Neymar is different and is on the same level than Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo ”, he asserted.
“Neymar is happy on the pitch, he knows he has to dribble to go on the attack, that’s how he surprised the whole world, it’s his way of playing, having fun and having fun is what makes it awesome. En as a fan and spectator, I prefer Neymar to Lewandowski because he is more pleasant to watch, he is a different player ”, he concluded.
