Anies Baswedan said it would use the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s tagline ‘Jakarta’s Success for Indonesia’. Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono said that anyone may use the slogan.
“Yes, you see, every Jakartan, Jakarta resident, if you want to use the slogan that often conveys ‘Jakarta’s Success for Indonesia’, yes, Jakartans, Indonesians are welcome,” Heru told reporters at Pondok Bambu Detention Center, East Jakarta, Monday (27/2/2023).
It is known, the slogan ‘Jakarta’s Success for Indonesia’ is Heru Budi’s vision after being appointed as Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta. This slogan will be used as long as Heru Budi serves as Acting Governor of DKI for the 2022-2024 period.
This slogan replaces the slogan ‘Forward the City, Happy Citizens’ which was previously used for the 2017-2022 period when Anies became President of the Republic of Indonesia. governor of DKI Jakarta.
Anies himself said that he would use the DKI Jakarta slogan when delivering a speech at the 2023 PKS Alert Call which was held at the Madya Stadium, Gelora Bung Karno, Central Jakarta, Sunday (26/2).
Then, when it was emphasized whether Anies could use the DKI Provincial Government’s slogan, Heru Budi answered with a laugh.
“The answer is, ha-ha-ha-ha,” said Heru.
