TIME.CO, Jakarta – The political position of the PDIP in DKI Jakarta will change course along with its inauguration Heru Budi Hartono as interim governor of the DKI on Monday 11 October 2022.
The PDIP faction in the DKI DPRD, which has been so fierce towards DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, is against all of Anies’ policies, will begin to take what they call constructive criticism.
“Yesterday we positioned ourselves as an opposition faction because Anies is not supported by the PDIP,” said Gembong Warsono, president of the PDIP faction at DKI Jakarta DPRD, on Monday 10 October 2022.
As for Monday, October 11, according to Gembong, the attitude of the PDIP faction will change towards the DKI Jakarta provincial government. He said Heru Budi Hartono was an ASN mandated by President Jokowi as interim governor.
“So, the position of the PDIP faction is changing, the change is constructive criticism, that’s all,” he said.
Although no longer in the opposition, Gembong admitted that the PDIP faction did not hesitate to criticize Heru Budi Hartono. “If Pak Heru performs her duties and functions without paying attention to the interests of the people of Jakarta as a whole, obviously the PDIP faction will be hard pressed to criticize Pak Heru,” she said.
PDIP believes in the capabilities of Heru Budi Hartono
Gembong said he believes in Heru Budi Hartono’s abilities as President Jokowi’s chosen person.
“I’m sure he will understand positioning himself as an actor with a background like ASN, he will fulfill his main duties as a professional actor,” he said.
He asked Heru to immediately map and inventory the problems in Jakarta and prioritize them. Although the inventory already exists in the Regional Development Plan and RPJMD, it is still the raw material that Heru Budi Hartono has to perform as interim governor of the DKI.
From RPD and RPJMD as existing raw materials, they need to be inventoried and then set on a priority scale. Then, after establishing a priority scale, we will see which programs Governor Anies Baswedan did not complete during his five years in office.
List of priority problems to be solved by Heru Budi
Gembong explained a number of priority issues Heru Budi Hartono had to work on once he was sworn in as interim governor of DKI.
“The main priority scale that needs to be made is that the interim officer has to build a strong chemistry with the SKPD. That is, with the public servants of Jakarta. Our ASN has to be united, it has to form a line in the performance of the his duties and mandate as Acting Officer, “he said.
In addition, he said, the interim governor must establish coordination and communication with vertical agencies, the side agencies. “It is no less important to build coordination with the DPRD. If all of this is built, God willing, Mr. Pj will be able to speed up the programs contained in the RPJMD and the RPD DKI Jakarta, “Gembong said.
“So there is a DPO, it’s just Mr. Heru running what has been set up. So do an inventory. After the inventory, the most important thing is to prioritize,” he said.
According to him, the interim governor must work on programs that have not yet been executed Anies Baswedan for five years as governor.
“The example of the flood problem, in my opinion, should be the first priority scale for Pak Heru. Hence, the second priority scale concerns the basic needs of Jakarta residents, one of which concerns the clean water network. I think this should also be Pak Heru’s priority ladder in fulfilling his duties as interim governor of the DKI, “he said.
