TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Case Harry Wirawan (36), a teacher who forced 13 female students in Bandung until pregnancy and childbirth are still rolling in court.
Latest, Harry Wirawan finally appeared in public when presented at the District Court Bandung on Tuesday (11/1/2021).
Herry came to PN Bandung using the prosecutor’s car at around 09.50 WIB.
Upon arrival at PN Bandung, Herry was immediately led into the courtroom of one PN Bandung.
Herry was seen wearing a black cap and a red prison vest.
Herry was also closely guarded by officers from the West Java High Court.
In this trial, Herry will listen to the demands of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati).
“We present the defendant at the trial. As witnessed, we brought him from the detention center to the courtroom,” said Head of the West Java Attorney General’s Office, Dodi Gazali Emil at the Bandung District Court, quoted from West Java Tribune.
Initially, Herry will be presented in court from the agenda of the testimony of the witnesses.
However, due to many obstacles, Herry was only presented to the Court during the reading of the demands.
