For this summer season, the Arize-Lèze tourist office is making new proposals for visits.
A season that begins under the sun for the Arize-Lèze tourist office. Throughout the summer, Sabrina, the director, Mélanie and Élodie, travel advisors, are there to help visitors discover the wealth of the territory and offer the best of it. They guide and help tourists in their search for accommodation, catering, leisure, culture… In their completely redesigned space, a shop allows visitors to buy local products, souvenirs, and many other things.
Always at the forefront of innovation, they have set up, on Mondays and Tuesdays, a series of activities combining heritage, culture, gastronomy and local know-how.
Monday mornings, from tomorrow to August 22, are offered, alternately, a guided tour of the village of Mas-d’Azil by a professional tour guide (July 18, August 1 and 15) and a family photo rally (July 25, August 8 and 22). One hour entertainment. Meeting at 10:30 a.m. A tasting of local products is planned after the visits.
Another appointment, producers’ Tuesdays. Appointment for visits-tastings or demonstrations at our farmers. Several farms are offered, on the same day, the choice is yours.
Tuesday July 19: 9.30 a.m., Castel Pouzouilh farm in Fossat, visit of the animals in a buggy, orchard and vegetable garden; 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Lait coeurs d’or in Saint-Ybars, farm visit, donkey milking, soap making.
Tuesday July 26: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Dominik Benz at Le Fossat, guided tour of the vines and tasting in the cellar; 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., Maison Berthe Guilhem, organic cosmetics at La Bastide-de-Besplas, soap-making demonstration and organic snack.
Tuesday August 2: 9.30 a.m., Castel Pouzouilh farm; 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Maison Berthe Guilhem.
Tuesday August 9: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Dominik Benz; 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Milk hearts of gold; 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., Maison Berthe Guilhem.
Tuesday August 16: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Dominik Benz le Fossat.
