A pilot project between Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador and France.
Lasting three years – 2022-2023-2024 – this project aims to create a new cooperation network between these 4 countries around the cross-cutting issues of promoting historic centers, sustainable and inclusive tourism and raising awareness among residents about heritage.
