Herford. The process has been going on for around six years, now it could finally come to a conclusion and a judgment. The Bielefeld district court wants to decide shortly on the admission of the indictment against a former lawyer and notary from Herford. It is currently still examining whether the charges against the man and three alleged accomplices are so sound that a conviction appears likely.
