Jakarta: WhatsApp finally released the most awaited feature, namely multi-device or multi-device. This feature allows users to open WhatsApp on four devices at once.
In addition, the good news is that the multi-device feature can be used even if the main cellphone or smartphone is not connected to the internet or is not active. This means that all accounts on both the desktop, web and portal versions are active independently.

“Multi-device beta is an opt-in program that gives you early access to try new versions of WhatsApp for Web, Desktop and Portal. If you join the multi-device beta, you can use the linked companion device without connecting your phone to the Internet,” wrote WhatsApp as quoted by Medcom.id, Thursday, November 11, 2021.
This feature can be used on up to four companion devices at once, but can only connect one phone to a WhatsApp account at a time. To use it
still need to register a WhatsApp account and link the new device with the smartphone.
“If the phone is not used for more than 14 days, the linked device will be disconnected,” WhatsApp wrote.
Available on Android and iPhone
This multi-device feature is already available for Android and iPhone users. This feature can also be used by WhatsApp Business users.
