Mesty said, especially for mites as a trigger, people need to regularly clean bedding, especially mattresses and sofas, and ensure cleanliness until all mites are removed.

“It is very important to make sure the mattress and sofa are cleaned regularly to assess whether the child often has a cold or cough, especially at night and in the morning. He may be allergic to mites,” she said.
