jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Traveling with family to mountainous areas, one of the things that cannot be avoided is the road full of inclines.
Of course this is a challenge in itself for users who drive a car with automatic or automatic transmission.
In a written statement about Auto2000, Monday (9/11), they gave several steps to be able to bulldoze the incline by driving an automatic transmission car.
First, car users simply need to play the gas pedal as needed and perform kickdown to get more power when climbing.
Even so, users can also adjust the automatic transmission independently by moving the transmission lever to position 2 or L (1 / Low).
Transmission of power will take place faster and the car can climb easily, even on steep inclines.
Because of the 2 or L position, the transmission gear will not move to a higher position which can make it lose torque for climbing.
Meanwhile, third gear can be used to get more power when overtaking, such as on toll roads.
