The biggest increase was in the use of e-commerce applications by 20%, this is in line with the needs of the community, which are now mostly done online.
In addition, the increase was also found in streaming entertainment applications, which experienced a 10% increase in usage, and social media, which increased by 7-9% on average. 3 Indonesia predicts the increase will continue throughout the PPKM period.
